When you reserve a pitch, we'll hold it for your dates. If your plans shift, tell us as soon as you can so we can free it up for others. We may reassign a site if you don't show up without warning and don't get in touch.
Pitches, gear rental, and activity slots are offered in good faith and may change as weather, seasons, and demand shift. If something you've booked isn't available, we'll suggest the nearest alternative or offer a full refund.
For guided nature trail walks, water-based expeditions, or custom camping packages we ask for advance notice and may take a deposit to secure your spot. If you need to cancel, reach out early and we'll work with you as fairly as we can.
Feel free to browse and share our pages with friends. Don't copy our content, photos, or branding for your own business or commercial project without asking our permission first.
